Flight
We recommend flying into either Jackson (JAN), Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) or Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) then renting a car (or carpooling!) to Natchez. The drive is a bit over 2.5 hours from New Orleans, and 1.5 hours from Baton Rouge.
Travel Note
We strongly recommend driving for Houston guests. It takes roughly 5.5 hours from Houston to Natchez. If you're hungry on the road, don't forget to stop at Bucee's at 4080 East Fwy, Baytown! Joanna grabs a bag of Beaver Nuggets any time she heads to Baton Rouge.
Hotel
We reserved a block at Hampton Inn roughly 10 min. from Lansdowne. Ask for the "Purpich-Baker wedding." If you'd rather stay elsewhere, there are numerous historical bed & breakfasts around town.
