Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Our venue is located at The Lodge at Lone Moose, 47696 Funny River Rd, Soldotna, AK, 99669. Both ceremony and reception will take place here. This is an indoor venue and has a covered outside porch with heaters. Furthermore, there will be an outdoor firepit available depending on the wedding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask the people begin to arrive by 2:30 PM. Although the ceremony will start at half past three, we want everyone to take into consideration factors that could delay arrive, such as traffic, weather, and road condition. Soldotna is about a two and a half hour drive from anchorage, noon is a great time to head on over to the venue.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! The dress code is black-tie optional. Men are requested to wear a nice shirt and dress pants. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Please also consider the venue is in Soldotna during November. Dress warmly!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as you can! Once you receive the invitation, we kindly ask that you RSVP on this website under the RVSP tag. If you are planning to bring a plus one, let us know! That way we are able to plan and prepare accordingly. We look forward to celebrating with all of you and cannot wait to see you there.
