We’re getting hitched!

Little did I know that 9 years ago I would go to a bonfire in March and meet my future husband. When I started with IHA, I instantly connected with Jessica Cook and we quickly became good friends. She was having a bonfire and on a whim asked Cherokee and myself if we wanted to come. We didn’t know anyone at the party but looked at each other and said “if you go, I’ll go!” Well the weekend came and we decided to go for it and drove out to South Lyon for the bon fire. Jess was introducing us to everyone and we were introduced to “Tuna” aka Josh. If you didn’t know his nickname, well you can ask him about that. Well we ended up hanging out with him the rest of the night. Fast forward to the next morning, I wake up to a friend request and message from Josh. Low and behold, he went to breakfast with friends and while he went to the bathroom, Jess stole his phone and sent me a message. We talked all the time and a month later we were dating. After dating for a little bit, I introduced him to the family and to say i was nervous was an understatement. Mason took to him right away and kept asking if he could call him Uncle Josh and after being around for awhile, he made his way into the family and now they adore him. We only saw each other on the weekends due to our work schedules but 5 years later, we took a risk and moved in together and now we are GETTING MARRIED!!
