When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate your RSVP early as possible, but latest by June 30th.

Is there a room block at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! The room block is available Aug 2~4. The reservations for the group rate need to be made before July 15th, and the reservations can be made by calling 800.321.2211 or referencing the "AN-MCGINNIS WEDDING ROOM BLOCK" on the website when making the reservation, or can be booked online via this link: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1697038338484&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is "summer cocktail"! We don't want to damage the gardens, so please refrain from wearing heels. If you must, wedges are ok.

Is there parking at the hotel & ceremony?

Answer

There is ample (and free) parking at both the hotel and the Morris Arboretum!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have tried to steer clear of major known allergens (i.e. peanuts) and have prepared lots of vegetarian options. Please let us know if you have major concerns.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation! You are welcome to bring a plus one if your invitation includes a "guest." Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional attendees. We appreciate your understanding!

In order to celebrate with as many friends & family, we respectfully request that children stay home for the night.
