They have become my family. Chelsey and Josh truly are meant for each other and I’m so happy for their future together.

It was a cold and wet Tuesday afternoon. I had just finished a long and dangerous journey traveling all the way from Bremerton to Port Orchard. There I was, all alone in a room, and in walks a horde of people all taking there seats. The one who ended up sitting next to me was none other than Josh. It was an interesting first couple of days at the new school, mostly because on the 3rd day Miss Duran was already annoyed with Josh’s and my antics and separated us across the class room. That was the start of our friendship. Josh is always good to have around because I hate being the center of attention and with Josh, he is always the center of attention that why I got away with so much. Seeing how much Josh and Chelsey love each other is amazing and gives me hope that there is someone out there for everyone. Single ladies hit me up - I may have a bad hairline but atleast I can laugh about it. Josh and Chelsey, you are an amazing couple and yall fit perfectly together.

I love cold drinks, the color pink, and all animals. I hate being overly warm, the ocean, and people that decorate too early for Christmas. I have known Chelsey since 6th grade. If you know Chelsey, you know she’s one in 7 billion. I’ve never met anyone like her and she immediately stuck out to me for her uniqueness. She’s such an incredibly beautiful person inside and out, and I’m so lucky I get to call her my friend. We have helped each other through difficult times and Chelsey has gone above and beyond for me like no one ever has. That’s just who she is. I was just 1 1/2 when Josh came into my life as my younger brother and while we are family by default, life has made us great friends. Josh's combination of humor, wit, charisma, and chaotic - though ultimately kind - energy has always been a joy to experience and while his boisterous presence is often times a polar opposite to my more subtle approach he often inspires me to step out of my comfort zone for the better (more often than I'd like to admit). As the first member of Team Josh I can confidently say Chelsey has come in and complimented Josh's persona with an equally genuine self. Not only do they complement each other in such a genuine way, they also have created a wonderful atmosphere for their growing family. It is a great privilege to have a front row seat to witness the foundation these two have already created and I am equally happy as I am excited to see what the future holds for them both.

My favorite season is fall and my favorite holiday is Halloween. I’ve been friends with Chelsey since Sophomore year of High School. I never knew how important of a person this bubbly spirited, sweet girl would be in my life. Coming to Everett I didn’t want to make friends my plans was just to graduate; Yet she insisted to talk to me in AVID and honestly her quirkiness and how incredibly sweet Chelsey is, was the reason we became friends. We have known to be total opposites from each other, her always being so positive and sarcastic and me being so negative and blunt but getting to know her I found we have a lot of things in common such as we are both corny weirdos. Years of random dancing in her living room apartment to late night drives jamming out our hearts out in the car during the summer and getting Red Bulls have created this bond of friendship. I am lucky to call her my friend and I can’t wait to celebrate the love she has with Josh. 🤍🥲

I’m married to Josh’s brother Brendon, which makes Chelsey my soon to be sister-in-law. When I first met Chelsey she was on the quiet side, while still letting bits of her quirky side show - then we decided to play games together and I got the pleasure of getting to know her boisterous, competitive, and extremely silly side which has been present ever since. From then on it’s been a pleasure to watch Chelsey become an amazing mom and be a wonderful source of love and light for Booker and Josh. I can’t wait to celebrate their love and continue to watch it grow for years to come!

I met Josh in Middle School where we often times tormented the local school staff and got sent to the principals office together. The takeaway there is that Josh is a great partner in crime. He is a genuine character with a good heart, I know he will treat Chelsey with the kind of love and respect that models a good relationship. I’m the (retired) evil little sister. Chelsey’s wedding day will be bittersweet for me! Growing up we only had each other, our lives were so unpredictable. She is the one constant person I’ve had in my whole life. I’ve known Chelsey since she decided that we were going to be friends Sophomore year of high school. I did not like high school at all so, having Chelsey become my friend made high school a more enjoyable experience. I didn’t realize that I needed Chelsey in my life, but I did and still do. I think that she brings out the best in me and everyone she is around. We have been through a lot together and seeing her still be her goofy, happy self through everything shows me just how strong of a person she is. Through our friendship we have had our good times where we are singing at the top of our lungs in the car and staying out late and hard times. After everything I can say Chelsey is like the sister I never had and I couldn’t be happier for her. She deserves all the happiness and I am so happy she was able to find that with Josh.
