When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To ensure enough accommodations for all guests, we kindly request that all guests RSVP by November 1st, 2024. Formal invitations will be sent out prior to this date.

Do I have to stay at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa to attend the wedding?
Answer
We would prefer that all of our guests stay at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa. Guests that do not stay at our selected resort will have to pay a visitor fee to enter the resort to attend the wedding. If you choose to not stay at our selected resort please reach out to us directly.

How do I book within the group room block?

Do I have to book within the group room block?
Answer
We would prefer that all of our guests book within our room block as we have set aside a portion of rooms at the resort for our group with contracted rates. Guests that do not book within our room block will have pay a fee to attend the wedding. If you choose not to book within our group room block please reach out to us directly.

How far is the airport from the resort?

The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa is located approximately 30 minutes away from the Cancún International Airport.

Is transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?
Answer

Are children welcome?
Answer
Children are most certainly welcome! The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa is family friendly and has a variety of fun activities that cater to children.

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on paved ground. However, if it rains, the events will be relocated indoors. Keep in mind that April is during Cancún's dry season, with temperatures ranging from low 70s to mid 80s with cooler evenings.

What time will the wedding events be held?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m., and the reception will begin at 7 p.m., with a cocktail hour in between. Upon arrival in Mexico, more information on the locations of these events within the resort will be provided.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
While we do request that guests dress in formal attire, we want everyone to feel comfortable as we'll be in a tropical location. So, with that in mind, be creative, be festive, and dress to impress while wearing what is best for you!
