Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
We will offer shuttle services from each of the hotels our out of town guests are staying at. For local guests there is a valet option, ride share and limited parking spots in front of the venue with a short walk into the garden area.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are outdoor in the Garden Area. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be in an open-air location and reception is under a tent.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
If you know us, you know we love kids! But sadly, due to space, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. It's parents' night out!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We will send meal options out with formal invitations, there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions and allergies.

Your date is May 4.... like "May the 4th be with you?"

The only force we are tapping into is the force of Mother Nature for great weather! There will be no Storm Trooper outfits (we're looking at you Wade!), no light sabers, Chewbacca did not make the guest list. Thank you for making this day classy and elegant for us.

Your wedding is on a Sunday, is that correct?
Answer
YES! We know a number of you are traveling from out of state and we appreciate you coming to celebrate our love, so we wanted to make a weekend out of it. On the "Things To Do" tab of the website we will be updating fun things to do in the Burgh and we're working on organizing activities such as Pirates games, spa day, museum visits etc. Hotel blocks are for multiple nights if you wish you spend the weekend in our city.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our wedding will take place 5:00pm - 10pm. Guests should arrive between 4:15 and 4:45pm. Our guests will have access to view the botanical gardens (inside) in their Sunday best, before the ceremony.
Question
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
Yes, you can RSVP online so we can begin to get a head count in advance! Please note that you will need to fill out the RSVP card you get in the meal with meal option and guest name (if applicable).
