Once you exit I-15 onto Highway 79, it is another 30 minutes east. The venue is immediately to your right once you make the left on the 371.
Arrival time for guests will be between 4:00pm and 4:15pm. We will be beginning promptly at 4:30pm. Since the ceremony is in the olive grove, there is no way to discreetly enter the ceremony once we have begun. Please plan ahead and allot extra time for traffic/any other unexpected delays.
There is a parking lot provided for guests on site at the ranch. Parking is free and abundant. Should the need arise, the venue is OK with cars being parked overnight
We expect warm temperatures during the day leading into a cooler evening. Since this is a working olive farm, the terrain is mostly packed dirt and grass. I recommend flats or wedges for ladies, as well as smart cocktail attire for all. Please no jeans, t-shirts, hats or sandals. Jackets are optional. Lastly we ask that all guests refrain from wearing white.
We kindly ask that anyone under the age of 21 not be in attendance for our big day, including infants and toddlers. The venue and our chosen food/beverage are not designed to accommodate children and we would simply prefer an adults-only celebration.
MIHO Catering is providing all F&B for our wedding, serving tray passed hors d'oeuvres and an amazing charcuterie display during cocktail hour. Dinner will be family style and served tableside. There will be a dessert bar with some our favorite treats at the end of the evening. For beverages, we will be serving beer, wine, signature cocktails and of course plenty of grower Champagne!
Pick up and drop off are at Pechanga Resort Casino. Be in the Bus & Rideshare area of the casino by 3:00pm, as bus will depart promptly at 3:15pm. At the end of the night, the bus will depart the venue at 10:00pm and drop off at Pechanga in the same place.
