We recommend that you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for cocktail hour.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting spring semi-formal attire. Think florals, pastels, linen, and light suits/dress shirts. The grass can be a little soft, so you might want to rethink stilettos.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs" if only you and your significant other have been invited.
While North Carolina weather is particularly unpredictable, the average temperature in early May seems to fluctuate between 68°F and 77°F We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the outdoor reception in case it gets chilly.
While there will not be an unlimited open bar, there will be beer, wine, and seltzers along with the bride and groom's favorite mixed drink. There is no cash bar, guests are welcome to enjoy drinks until we're out!
No, the reception will end promptly at 10 pm. The bride and groom need their beauty sleep for the honeymoon!
