Question

Can I bring someone not listed on the guest list?

Answer

The venue has a limited number of guests allowed. Therefore we are unable to accommodate addition guests and children not already listed on the guest list that are not part of our immediate family. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00 pm to grab a drink and find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event will be dressy casual. The ceremony is taking place in the desert so, maybe rethink stilettos. The groom and bride will be in their cowboy/cowgirl boots.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Palo Verde ramada location, where there is plenty of parking available. Upon entering the park, you will need to check in at the Ranger station and let them know you are part of the Young-Wood or Josh-Erin wedding. Parking is at no cost to you as long as you make sure you tell them you are attending our wedding. Upon entering the park, after you pass the Rangers station, you will follow it around to the left towards the day use areas. The ceremony will be taking place near the Palo Verde parking, the 2nd right after the rangers station.
