When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP before September 15, 2024. The earlier the better!

How do I RSVP ?

Answer

To RSVP, please click on the 'home' or the 'RSVP' tab on our website. Then you will be able to type the name(s) listed on your envelope and follow the steps to RSVP from there.

Where are you registered ?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, since we currently live in The United States, a cash gift would be very welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 12.30pm

Is there a dress code ?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal attire. However, black tie is not necessary.

Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

While we wish we could accommodate everyone to have a plus one, unfortunately, not everyone will be able to. If your invitation states "and guest," then yes, you may bring a plus one. If not, then we ask you do not, due to our venue having a limited capacity of guests allowed.

Are kids welcome ?

Answer

Although we love and adore all of your children, this will be an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, all recommended accomodations are under the travel tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request ?

Answer

If you need any special food requests due to dietary restrictions and/or allergies, there is a place to let us know during the steps to RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking for both. Golf carts are available if needed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please check taxi recommendations under the travel tab. Tip: make booking prior to date of wedding.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

UK weather is very unpredictable. We recommend to be prepared for both the rain and the cold. There will be a very short walk from the wedding ceremony to reception.

Where will the ceremony and the reception be taking place?

Answer

Brinsop Court, Brinsop, Hereford, United Kingdom, HR4 7AX The ceremony will be held in The Banquet Hall. The reception will be held in The Knot Barn.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors. However, there will be a very short walk from the ceremony to the reception. Golf carts will be available if needed.
