Colleen and Josh met in 2010 at the Milan Melon Festival thanks to her cousins, Abby and Claire, who are good friends with Josh. They dated throughout their sophomore and junior year of high school before going their separate ways as they went off to college. However, Colleen and Josh maintained a friendship and after their senior year of undergrad they both knew something was still there. After a year of graduate school for Josh and a year at a corporate job for Colleen, the two felt they were in a good position to finally begin their relationship anew on January 25th, 2020. Fast forward to October 8th, 2022. Colleen and Josh went to Pittsburgh for a quick weekend trip. The day began by exploring and taking advantage of all the city had to offer. Prior to dinner, they took a ride up the Duquesne Incline to the top of Mount Washington. With some time to kill before dinner, Josh requested they venture further to see the best possible view of the city. Colleen was very cold but reluctantly agreed. After snapping a few pictures of the view, to Colleen's complete shock, Josh was on his knee proposing with a photographer capturing the emotional moment. Of course, Colleen's first question to Josh was, "Does my dad know?" To which he responded, "You're the last to know." They returned to Cleveland the next morning where Josh had arranged a brunch with his and Colleen's close family members. Following brunch they went to a bar in downtown Cleveland where they continued the celebration with over 20 of their friends. Today, Colleen and Josh are renovating their newly purchased home in Bay Village. Some of their favorite activities include traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants in Cleveland, and spending their summers on Lake Erie with family and friends. Colleen and Josh are so excited to share their wedding day with you. Cheers!
