Joshua and I met through my mother. They were working together at the time and my mom couldn't wait to introduce me to this wonderful, funny guy who was a single Dad and really kind. Josh made the first move by sending me a message via Instagram stating he was going to “steal my dog!” (Grayson). After that, we spent the next few weeks getting to know each other over the phone. Josh was sneaky and asked me for my address “just to see how far away I lived.” About a week later he surprised me by showing up at my house with wine, pizza, and the questionable choice of a white knit cardigan. Josh was a gentleman and quickly hit it off. With many long drives into West Seneca for me and Black Creek for him we enjoyed as much time together as we could get. A few weeks following his visit I met Jackson and fell in love with him! Jackson and I were immediately best friends and Josh was quickly in trouble because Jackson and I were always on the same team! Josh and I moved quickly and decided we wanted to live together and wanted Jackson to start school in a rural area. We spent the summer preparing Josh’s house and selling it. On May 8th, 2022, Josh got down on one knee and proposed to me after his original plans got spoiled by a house contaminated by COVID. 8 days later we found out I was pregnant with Mr. Oliver Brunner. Josh and I decided that we wanted to be married before the baby arrived. We got married at the Ellicottville Court house on August 5th 2022. It was small and it was perfect and everything we wanted at the time. We met our beautiful baby boy 5 months later!
