Is there a hotel stay minimum?

Answer

There is not a minimum stay requirement at either hotel!

How long is the Aerial Tram Ride?

The tram ride is approximately 8-8.5 minutes

What time can we head up the tram?

Answer

We highly encourage you to head up the tram early as the view is amazing! Please feel free to take lots of pictures of you and your family with the scenic views before the ceremony!

Will we be able to get ready at the hotel the day off?

Answer

Check-in for both hotels is 4pm, however being a weekday, there is a good chance you can check-in early. Wedding coordinators for both hotels recommend you come dressed if you are travelling the same day as the wedding. They also said you can call a day before to see if there is a good possibility of checking in early!

Can we Ski or Snowboard?

Answer

Yes! As wedding guests, you can purchase greatly discounted lift tickets during your stay. Please contact Keri if you are interested in purchasing lift tickets.

What time do we have to head down from the ceremony

Answer

Please head down the tram by 4pm. The last tram for the day leaves at 4:30pm, but they ask everyone to start heading down by 4pm.

How do I get to the reception?

Answer

The reception is only a couple hundred feet from the Aerial Tram! When leaving the Aerial Tram Building, turn left and enter PlumpJack Inn! The reception will begin at 5pm, so if you happen to head down early, there is an AMAZING bar inside the hotel you might want to visit :)

Is there an after party?

Answer

There's always an after party!! Squaw Village has great restaurants and bars, sometimes with live music! Most stay open late for late night happy hours and munchies. There is a wide range of food from burgers, to pizza, sushi, and late night snacks!
