Is this a one-day affair?
Answer
It can be, if you are limited on time; the wedding ceremony is Saturday, October 26 at 6:30PM. If you are able to make a weekend of it, we'd love to share this special time with the people most important to us - YOU! We've rented the beach house from 3PM Friday, October 25 through 11AM Monday, October 28. You are encouraged to join us for a weekend at the beach. Please come and join us in making memories while we put our toes in the sand, relax to the lull of the tide coming in and enjoy the most important thing in life - the company of family and friends!

What should I wear?
Answer
For the ceremony, please wear white and khaki! Your non-traditional bride will not be offended.....unless you don't wear white, then she might be a little offended ;) For the rest of the weekend, casual / beach wear.

What accommodations have been arranged for family?
Answer
We've rented the Bella Vista beach house from Friday, October 25 through Monday, October 28. Your accommodations have been taken care of; reach out to the bride or groom for details on the space we've secured for you.

What accommodations have been arranged for friends?
Answer
You are welcome to spend as much time with us at the beach house as you like throughout the weekend; however, we ask that you secure a room at a nearby hotel as space in the beach house is limited. We've listed some options for you that range in cost and amenities under the 'Travel' tab. If you are unable to secure lodging, or want to explore whether there is any remaining space in the beach house, please reach out directly to the bride or groom.

I'm concerned about my limited mobility and noticed the beach house is three stories; what should I do?
Answer
Do nothing, relax and let your worries wash away with the waves! There is an elevator in the beach house to make moving around (and carrying luggage) easy.

Will there be food?
Answer
Dinner will be provided, and of course cake, the day of the ceremony. Fresh, coastal fare will be served: fish, shrimp, gumbo, etc. We'll pick up snacks and drinks to have on hand and figure out meals over the weekend collaboratively. So, if you want to eat out, that's totally fine.....if you want to cook, we'd love that! If you want to bring a cooler or two with goodies for the house or just for yourself, go for it!

Should I bring my suit?
Answer
Weather in October is still pretty warm; you should be able to enjoy the beach although the water will be a little cooler than it is over the summer. The private pool at the beach house is heated, if you prefer. So yes, bring your suit (and towel)!
