Bill and JJ have known each other since kindergarten. From playing football, baseball, and wrestling to attending sporting events and concerts, Bill and JJ developed a great friendship in grade school. Though in different cities(NYC vs Charlotte), they continue to keep up with old habits, attending the Steelers vs Panthers game in Charlotte in 2022.

Kayla and Holly met in Richmond, VA when both were new to the city and looking to make friends. When they first met, they spent hours chatting as if they had been friends for years. While in Richmond, they would spend their time exploring the city together and getting out of their comfort zone and doing things like white water rafting. Not only does Holly love Kayla, so does her dog Winnie!

Pat and JJ met while founding the Pitt Chapter of Beta Theta Pi. Their love for Pitt sports and Peter's Pub wing night forged a tight friendship. Post college, Pat and JJ continued their adventures by going to Oktoberfest in Munich in 2019. They stay in touch, discussing Pitt sports every week but their palates have evolved to fine Italian restaurants in NYC.

Yvonne and Holly met through the app Bumble BFF and very quickly discovered their mutual love of all things reality TV and their sarcastic sense of humor! Yvonne and Holly have countless memories of trying out bars, enjoying the Richmond restaurants, and doing game nights that brought all the friends together. They can now both bond over having high energy dogs that keep them busy!

Sam and JJ were roommates during their freshmen year at Pitt. But this was not the first time they were roommates as they were born a day apart at the same hospital. Reconnected after all the years, they battled through engineering classes together and explored Oakland. Sam and JJ stay in touch but Sam made that a bit tough as he joined the Peace Corps and went to Africa for 2 years!

Anjie and Holly met in college at Texas A&M and were involved in multiple organizations together. They have gone on spring break trips together, stayed up having late night chats all the time, and enjoying their college years at any chance they could. Even though they now live farther away from each other, they still make the time to connect and their friendship has stayed the same all these years later.

Jordan and JJ met in Richmond at their apartment's dog park when Jordan noticed JJ was wearing a Pirates shirt. They instantly bonded over the terrible season the Pirates had instore. They soon found happier activities such as exploring the Richmond food and beer scene, football Sundays, and even touring Charlotte before JJ moved.

Sarah and Holly met because of JJ and Jordan's friendship! Just like the boys, they hit it off instantly and have the same sense of humor. Their friendship has grown through having game nights, pool days, and a fun trip to Charlotte. They still find time to try to travel to each others cities and continue their girl talk and keep each other laughing!

Shar and JJ met freshmen year at Pitt during their engineering classes. They attended Pitt games and became gym buddies to wade off the grind of studying. Regulars in the Oakland Zoo, Shar and JJ have no less than 30 of the same t-shirts from all the giveaways. Shar plays the lottery but his luck was on full display as he moved to Hawaii just before the pandemic hit in 2020. He has mastered flying a drone which he uses to take videos of the islands' beautiful terrain.

Katie and Holly met at Symbol Apartments in Richmond. They instantly hit it off over their love of being dog moms and avoiding sports at all times. Katie (a former Charlotte resident) kindly took Holly and JJ to a Andy Grammer concert in Charlotte and showed us around our new city. After surviving the Virginia state fair together, their friendship only became stronger!
