1. Upon completion of the BOOKING FORM, María will create your reservation and apply your deposit. Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days after completion of this form for María to finalize your reservation. (One form per room Please!) • "Deposit Only" means 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged to the CC entered at the time of booking. • "Pay in Full" means the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the CC entered at the time of booking. • If you choose "Other", please enter any amount over the minimum deposit amount due. It can't be less the the deposit amount. 2. Once your reservation has been created, you will receive an Invoice Approval that must be signed within 48 hours for the reservation to be completely confirmed. Failure to sign will cause your reservation to be automatically cancelled. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam. 3. After each payment made, including the final payment, you will receive a Payment Receipt that also requires your signature within 48 hours. *Travel docs go out 2 weeks before travel but will not be released until signature is received. 4. 50 days prior to departure, an automatic email will go out requesting your flight information (Even if you already gave this information earlier, please confirm it has not changed so María has the most up to date flight information. **This is for setting up your transfers). **Final payments are due on or before December 7, 2024** NOTE: You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks before the final payment due date, if your reservation is not paid in full by that time, as a heads up that your card on file will be charged the remainder of your balance on the final payment due date, Dec 7, 2024, unless otherwise conveyed to our destination wedding expert, María. ** PLEASE NOTE: María is always available to help answer any questions via the phone or email but ALL booking procedures must go through email so María has it documented.
