So, how did you guys meet?
We've been answering this question with a smirk on our faces for about ~2 years now.
We met at the local public pool in Navy Yard, Washington DC. We were both without plans on a hot Saturday afternoon and separately showed up to Randall Pool with a book in hand. After a few minutes, John Christian broke the silence and asked what book I was reading. The rest is history.
What books were you reading?

John Christian: I was reading "How to Change Your Mind" by Michael Pollen. In short, it's a book about psychedelic drugs. Josefa: I was reading "Grit" by Angela Duckworth, a book about hard work and determination.
