Later in life we both decided we needed to go back to school to switch careers. Attending a charter college is where we met for the first time and it wasn't love at first site by all means. Learning together and being stuck four days a week, we grew on each other. At the end of our five week class together he asked me for my number, and the rest is history.
On our 2nd anniversary we decided to go to Texas with our daughter Ryder and introduce Jose to the Winton family. It went so well after a few days we came home and then ended up heading straight to Vegas just the two of us where we stayed for the weekend. On the second night Jose took me to the Eiffel Towel restaurant in the Paris hotel. We were seated by the window over looking the Bellagio Hotel and Water Show. When the show started Jose did not get down on one knee, but instead just started talking about our love. As he spoke I had no idea what was going on. But I quickly started to pay attention once that sparkling ring came out and it was unfortunately a little too late. It was over before I even knew it started. We would say it was a perfect description of our relationship and it was perfect for us. The only thing missing were the tears as Jose says to anyone that will listen.
