Welcoming Guests
10:00 am
Guests may begin arriving as early as 10am. You’ll receive a map of camp and be escorted to your campsite.
Field Day
12:00 pm
As more guests arrive we will be hosting a field day with activities and competitions on the main lawn. For all ages! Let us keep the kiddos busy while you set up camp or join in on the fun!
BBQ & Brews
5:00 pm
Enjoy some traditional American BBQ and good old fashioned campfire company.

Good Morning Hike
7:00 am
A small hike to start the special day off right. More details to come.
Ceremony

Semiformal / cocktail
It’s gonna be warm so sunglasses and hats to be considered. Lots of uneven terrain so heels won’t be for the faint of ankles.
Cocktail Hour
3:00 pm
Enjoy some signature cocktails selected by the bride and groom and grab a bite. The bride and groom will rejoin the group and start the reception.
Dinner and Reception
4:30 pm
Dancing shoes!
Time for a meal with the newlyweds! A few toasts, a few tears, and then a whole lot of celebration.
Last hours
9:00 pm
Great time for looking forward or reminiscing. We can’t wait to wind down surrounded by people who love us for us.

Get together for a final meal in the Trinity Alps. Soak up every bit of sunshine and community before the trips end.
Dismantle Camp

If we’ve done a good job of cleaning up after ourselves this will be pretty simple. And many hands make light work.
Farewell and Safe Travels
