What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Black-tie preferred: We strongly encourage tuxedos and gowns, but formal suits and cocktail dresses are acceptable.

How will I get to the venue without a car?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle from Rouen to the château the evening of the wedding. -The shuttle will pick up all guest ( Exact location TBD) from Rouen at 3:00pm sharp. -The shuttle will make the first trip back to Rouen at 11:30pm and a second trip at 2:00am (for the late night party people).

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony will take place outside on the grounds of the château and the reception will take place indoors in an event space on the property.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Those arriving by shuttle will arrive 40-45 min before the ceremony. We ask that anyone driving do the same.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperature is predicted to be in the 60's during the day with lows in the 40's at night.

Do I have to stay at the hotels listed on the Travel page?

Answer

Absolutely not! These hotels were chosen for convenience. One is more budget friendly and the other is a little more upscale. The shuttle will pick up from one of these locations, so keep that in mind when choosing another hotel or AirBnB.

Does the wedding venue have parking available?

Answer

The château has plenty of parking if you'd prefer to drive.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While you are more than welcome to bring your children on your trip to France, we ask that you arrange a sitter the night of the wedding to let the adults have fun.
