Although Madison works in the pediatric world and loves her kiddos, this is an adult only reception please. Due to the nature of this city we are requesting for all guests to be 21 and over to keep things safe and easy for all!
Uber and Lyft are very convenient and affordable within Nashville (we have noticed Lyft tends to be most cost efficient) We would highly suggest using Uber/Lyft from the airport and within the city vs renting a car. Parking at the hotels tends to be pricey and a hidden cost. Dependent upon the area you're staying / driving to, there could be street parking (like within the Gulch) - however finding street parking is not reliable. It's a very walkable city and we will be providing a shuttle to the venue!
Please check the travel page! However there are TONS of hotels within Nashville that are within super close proximity to each other. If staying outside of Midtown/Music Row, it should be a quick walk or drive to the main hotel. If you have questions, let us know where you are planning to stay and we can help figure out if that location is good / if we have stayed their before! We chose to have the hotels in West End/Midtown to allow us to be slightly off the hustle and bustle, with easy access to shuttles/ubers to Downtown within minutes. **If any hotel room blocks are filled when you go to book, please let us know so we can add more rooms!**
