What Time Is The Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will occur at Pine Rose Cabins Hidden Creek Wedding Site (see map above) at 3:45 pm. Please try to get to the venue at least 15 minutes early to get seated. If you arrive after the stated time you will be asked to wait until the end of the ceremony and we will join you at the reception!

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Garden party! Think semi-formal with relaxed fabrics and hues. We want you to feel comfortable and elegant. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors so wear shoes you feel comfortable walking (and dancin! ba-dee-ya) in. Weather: In September Pine Rose is usually around mid-70s during the day and down to 50s in the evening.

What Is The Best Transportation To Lake Arrowhead?

Answer

If you are coming from out of state, we recommend renting a car or booking a shuttle to/from the airport of your choosing. More information on nearby airports in the travel section. I'm Not Staying On Site, How Will I Get To The Venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided by A+ Mountain Ride. The shuttles will be leaving from The Kingsley Hotel at 3:20 pm and Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa at 3:30 pm. The driver will only wait for 5 minutes so please try to be on time! At the end of the evening, the shuttle will be non-stop from 9:30 - 11:00 pm back to those same locations. If you miss the shuttle or are staying at different off-site accommodation, you can call a taxi through the same service: 909-500-2994

Is There An Open Bar?

Answer

Of course! There will be an open bar with cocktails, wine, seltzers, beer, and non-alcoholic options. If you have a special bottle you'd like to bring you are welcome to do so! If you feel so inclined the bartenders would greatly appreciate any cash tips.

Each cabin has its own parking if you are staying on-site. The venue also has the capacity for limited free parking.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP before Sunday, July 7th, 2024. If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation that is great and very helpful to us!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invite. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if we were able to accommodate a plus one for you. This will ensure we are surrounded by our close family and friends, we hope you understand.

Are There Accommodations Reserved For Guests?

Yes, you are able to book directly with Pine Rose Cabins to secure your cabin. Please call them at 1(909)337-2341 or visit their website pinerose.com to book. Please note, that cabins vary in capacity, we encourage people to group up for the bigger cabins! Alternatively, there are two other hotels within 10 minutes of the venue that you can book with as well. See the "Travel" page for additional details.

Our wedding will be a child-free occasion. We hope you can make it and enjoy a night off!

What Should I do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will NOT attend", that way we can plan accordingly. If you are unable to attend past the RSVP deadline, please email or text us. Thank you!
