Wedding Day Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided from hotels to the wedding venue, as per the following schedule: The Draftsman Hotel -- shuttle arrives at 3:15 PM, and departs at 3:25 PM Boars Head Resort -- shuttle arrives at 3:40 PM, and departs at 3:50 PM The Omni* -- shuttles arrive at 3:30 PM, and depart at 3:45 PM The Residence Inn* -- shuttles arrive at 3:30 PM, and depart at 3:45 PM *- for the Omni and the Residence Inn guests, the shuttles will be located at the bus stop on Water Street. This is across the Ridge McIntire intersection from the Residence Inn, and it is behind The Omni. All shuttles will offer an early return option back to hotels, if desired. Additionally, though we encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttles, limited on-site parking is available. Note, the wedding kickoff party on Friday night will be located in Downtown Charlottesville and within walking distance or an easy Uber ride to hotels.
