Where is your wedding being held?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at the home of dear friends, Jay and Alysa Arnold. The address is 795 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs NY. Our reception will follow at The 408 Event & Occasion in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. It's a 4 minute drive or an 18 minute walk from the ceremony to reception venue.

Question

Can I bring my kids/date/dog to your wedding?

Answer

To keep things small in light of current restrictions our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Do I need to be vaccinated or tested prior to the wedding?

Answer

The NYS event guidelines are increasingly relaxing, and as of June do not require a vaccine/negative test for a wedding this size. Our venue may chose to require proof of vaccination or a negative test, and that's a determination they'll make closer to each event given the current situation. We're grateful to have received our vaccines this Spring, and encourage others to do the same if they're able. We're hopeful that many of our guests will have received the vaccine prior to September, as there will still be vulnerable family and friends attending. We ask you to keep that in mind as you determine your ability to attend.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

We'll be following all NYS guidelines for larger gatherings, and will review those to share reminders as the big day approaches.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're all about being comfortable - so please wear something that you feel fantastic in, brings you joy, and feels festive! Jono will likely be rocking a new flannel shirt and nice pants. ;-)

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’re happy to accommodate our friends and family with special food needs, so please let us know as early as you can so we can work with the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area is full of hotels, motels, AirBNBs, etc. Feel free to stay wherever you wish, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
