Uber is available in Portugal. We recommend to download the Bolt app before you leave. Bolt is a competitor to Uber and typically has lower rates. We used Bolt in our travels and were very impressed with the service and quality of drivers. Bolt is available at Humberto Delgado Airport and throughout Portugal. Taxis are also available.
