Wedding Welcome Event

In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we will be hosting a welcome dinner for all guests featuring the Pizza Wagon (a mobile food truck with a wood fire oven from Italy). This will be a casual indoor/outdoor tented event so please dress accordingly. Kids are welcome! Please note if they will be joining us.

Our Wedding

We plan to hold an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, but this will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather. TRANSPORTATION: We will be providing shuttle transportation for all guests between the Icona Avalon and the Reeds starting at 3:30pm. The shuttle will be in front of the Icona, but has limited space so will be making multiple round-trips. We encourage our guests to be in the lobby at 3:30pm to ensure they arrive on time. Return service will start at 9pm and continue until at least 11:30pm. Please note: Our wedding will be Adults-Only. See our FAQ for child care information.
