Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Legacy Lookout, which is on property at Foxhall Resort.
The ceremony will take place outdoors but will be quick and we will provide heaters and blankets. If you get cold easily like me, be prepared to bring a coat! Cocktail hour will be a mixture of indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
The average high is 52 degrees, while the low is 30 degrees. We're hoping it won't be too chilly and we promise the ceremony will be quick so you won't be outside too long!
Yes! For guests staying on property at Foxhall, we will be providing transportation on Sunday beginning at 3:30pm. A shuttle will be available to pick up guests at the Foxhall villas and will be going back and forth to the Legacy Lookout until 4:30pm. The shuttles will also be available to take guests back to the villas between 9:30pm and 10:30pm.
Free parking is available right in front of the Legacy Lookout, where the ceremony and reception will take place. Cars can be left overnight, but the lot will not open until 9:00am the next morning and must be picked up by 1:00pm the next day. Ubers are available in the area if needed.
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm sharp, so we recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes prior. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside and it will likely be a bit chilly, so bring a coat if you think you may get cold!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear floor-length dresses or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Yes! The rehearsal dinner is on Saturday night, 1/15/2022. You'll receive more information soon!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
We have a strict guest list due to COVID precautions and budget purposes. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Feel free to contact Leah or Alex directly with any questions you have about the big day!
