Question
When do you need my RSVP?
Answer
August 8! (For those keeping track at home, that's 8/8... and we're getting married on 9/9. And Jillian is a 10/10. We like trends, here.)
Question
What am I supposed to wear?
Answer
Attire is Formal / Black Tie Optional. To save you from having to Google "black tie optional attire wedding help," here's what will come up: "This means that a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. He should wear: A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie. She should wear: A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress." Yep, exactly! Way to go, Internet! Jonathan and the groomsmen will be in tuxes. Jillian will be in a beautiful white dress, and her bridesmaids will be in floor-length dresses. The wedding & reception are both outside, so we'd recommend shoes that won't get stuck in the ground. Most importantly, though: Wear something you can dance in.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our rule of thumb for +1s is: If they were in your wedding photos (or you think they might be), then we want them in ours. Your invitation should let you know, but if something isn't clear, one way or the other, shoot us an email!

Are children invited?
Answer
We love you and we love your kids. However, because the wedding and reception will be at the Witzke home, we're asking that children sit this one out. If leaving the kids behind really is not an option, send us an email, and we'll figure it out, with you!

Will there be parking?
Answer
There will be limited parking, so you're welcome to drive... but we encourage you to Uber or Lyft from your hotel. New to Lyft or Uber? Check out our travel page for a code!

What kind of wedding gifts would the happy couple like?
Answer
The best gift you can give us is coming to our wedding and dancing the night away with us. We know that Newcastle may be a long trip for some of you, so if you're making a long haul, please please don't feel obligated to give us anything else. Are you having two weddings?
Answer
There will be a "Welcome Home Reception" in Nashville on October 14, to allow us to celebrate with some East Coast / TN-based friends, who won't be able to make it to California.
