We request that our guests follow a formal or black tie optional dress code. We have a small venue and want everyone to look their best in photos! Please no jeans.
You will be missed. As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by using the RSVP section and responding that you cannot attend. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make necessary adjustments to our plans. On the other hand, if you are able to attend, please RSVP by 4/11/2024 so that we can provide our vendors with an acrurate headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience. Thank you for your understanding and prompt response. We cannot wait to see you on our big day!
If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family, and are very limited with the venues capacity.
We ask that all guests arrive by 5:30. This ensures that guests will have some time to mingle and get seated.
The hotel has valet parking, or you can park in the garage across the street. There will be a baseball game at 6:30 nearby so allow for enough time to find parking.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. El Paso is in the desert so it can cool off quite a bit when the sun goes down, bring a shawl or sweater if you get cold easily. The temperature should not be under 75 degrees, but we will keep our guests updated if there are any changes as the event gets closer.
We wanted to let you know that your presence is the only gift we truly need. We have chosen not to have a traditional registry for this reason. We understand that many of you may still want to give us a gift to commemorate the occasion, but please know that it is completely optional. We do have a Honey Moon Fund, and House fund listed on the registry page for those that feel like a gift is necessary, but again, it is not! We want our dream wedding to feel like a vacation for all of our guests.
