Perhaps our favorite neighborhood in Pittsburgh. There is a lot to love between the beautifully restored homes, the tree-lined streets, and the business districts of Walnut Street and Ellsworth Ave. Check out the many boutiques, shops, galleries, and delicious restaurants the area has to offer.
South Side is a hotspot for weekend nightlife. It holds a special place in our hearts as it was home to our first apartment together. There is no shortage of bars on the South Side. East Carson is Pittsburgh’s Bourbon Street. It also hosts tons of shopping options, live music venues, coffee shops, eateries, and hiking trails.
Another of our favorite neighborhoods. The Strip is about as lively a market you can find in Pittsburgh. Going to the Strip always feels like a special occasion. Whether you want to buy yinzer apparel or imported delicacies it has got you covered. Both the food and the coffee are some of the best in the Burgh.
It’s historically a Jewish neighborhood, but it’s one of the bigger cultural melting pots in Pittsburgh. Whatever you crave Squirrel Hill probably has it. It has an especially large number of Asian and Middle Eastern options. Aiello’s and Mineo’s both claim to have Pittsburgh’s best pizza if you want to be the judge of that!
