Sarah approved of Jon one morning when the three of us went to the beach and Jon let Sarah sit in the front seat with Maria.

Despite Jon's gigantic stature - Peter is Jon's bigger, older, and wiser brother. He once punched Jon in the nose and begged him not to tell Mom. They've been partners-in-crime ever since.

Kirsy and Maria met the first few weeks of college at the University of New Hampshire and since then they've never stopped laughing together. Kirsy met Jon at a birthday party just before graduation and texted Maria that she had met the man that Maria was going to marry - the rest is history. Jose and Jon became friends through a mutual friend - Maria. She also happened to be Jose's sister. Jon and Jose often be found golfing, drinking Bulleit Rye out of fancy glasses, and talking about fantasy football while Maria questions her life choices in the other room.

Rachael y María se conocieron en Granada, ES sobre copas de tinto de verano frente a la Alhambra...If you don't understand that sentence, you won't understand their relationship. Maria and Rachael bonded in a foreign country for six months - they laughed, they cried, they prayed and they became the (un)Official Puerto Rican ambassadors to Europe. You can catch them casually speaking Spanglishitaliano and dancing to El Camborio remix.

Myke and Jon met in high school through a mutual friend...Jon's brother, Peter. Myke, Jon, and Pete were the ROOTS of Jon's upbringing. One could always find Myke and Jon listening to Wu-Tang Clan or tossing a football at sunset as the sun crept under the TREE-LINE. Hearing Myke's voice singing along to Guitar Hero was a real TREEat. Myke likes trees. Jon is tall like a tree. Their friendship is EVERGREEN.

Sholanna was one of Maria's first friends at the University of New Hampshire and her Penthouse Floormate #Williamson4Lyfe. They ate, studied, sang, and took excessive amounts of pictures together (look for the one of us dressed as M&Ms). Despite graduating Maria and Sho never stopped eating together - at every family event, whether it be Christmas, birthdays, Thanksgiving - you name it!

Jesse and Jon met in middle school. Jon is convinced that he was a better skateboarder than Jesse despite his disproportionate height. Jesse and Jon have always had an affinity for living amongst the wild (preferably without electricity or plumbing). In their spare time they enjoy hunting for Sasquatch at the base of Mt. Washington with only hatchets and their bare manly hands...especially when Sasquatch turns out to be a tree frog.

Linda and Maria also met at the University of New Hampshire. One can say that Linda and Maria have traveled the world to find each other - they literally had a sleepover in Venice, Italy. While living oceans, countries, and states apart it is never a dull moment when Linda and Maria get together. Whether they drop the "duh dunta duh," ride the Jersey Turnpike together, or eat salsa and sour cream dip at 3 am - they just get each other.

Jon has known Bryan since birth. Maria and Jon turned down Bryan's numerous offers to coordinate their wedding - he is commonly the family event coordinator for the George Family - as they were suspicious that he would rig the bouquet and garter tosses, dance contests, and another wedding related group activity. We have evidence. Somehow he always walks away with the best gift at the family Yankee Swap.

Vivian and Maria met at the University of New Hampshire. From the beginning, Viv kept Maria social by organizing a celebration for every holiday, event, or accomplishment - birthday, friends-giving, Lunar New Year. Thanks to Viv, Maria now has a special place in her heart for Vermicelli bowls and as a result of Vivian and JFrey's exceptional cooking skills...very high expectations for exotic and high quality food and drink (sorry Jon).
Kevin Martinez

Kevin is Maria's brother (2 of 3). Kevin and Jon bonded over mutual love for NFL football - despite Kevin's inability to support a winning a team - (#dirtyGiantsfan) and baseball (#yankeessuck). Jon will never convince Kevin to leave the dark side of professional sports but for some reason, Jon still likes Kevin - perhaps he likes those who play "hard-to-get."
