Beautiful water features right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Peaceful and unique. Jon and I enjoyed our time here. Of course I couldn't help but take "Senior picture" style photos of him here.

CIA Executive Chef. Wonderful dishes and fantastic service. Jon and I enjoyed a few of Chefs creations while dining at the bar.

Flying Saucer Draught Emporium

Incredible selection of craft brews (Jon approved) along with wine and spirits. Food is good as well (try the jalapeno poppers). The bartenders were wonderful when we visited.

We had a great time here. All of the board games you can imagine plus good bites and drinks.

Taste Community Restaurant

Taste is not your ordinary restaurant! It is a non-profit where customers can enjoy wonderfully crafted dishes with fresh ingredients (Wagyu Burder anyone?) and simply pay what you can afford, pay what you would typically or pay what you would typically, plus a little extra. The restaurant is run by volunteers. We hope you will check this place out!

Heim Barbecue

Are you hoping to check Texas BBQ off your list while here? Fort Worth locals rave about Heim and their flagship restaurant is less than 2 miles from downtown. Bon Appétit y'all!
