When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through the website no later than August 3rd, 2024.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity restrictions, please bring only children listed by name on your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, so 3:45 pm or sooner

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please list all food allergies on your RSVP. While the kitchen will not take requests they will do their best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On site parking is available. There are also golf carts available to transport guests with limited mobility out to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have hired a shuttle, pick up times are as listed Holiday Inn: 2:10pm Home2Suites: 2:20pm Fire Keepers: 2:35pm Holiday Inn: 3:10pm Home2Suites: 3:20pm Fire Keepers: 3:35pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party, which is essentially semi formal geared for an outdoor setting. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, and the reception is in a green house - Please dress for the weather, and if you're wearing heels keep in mind that you will have to walk in grassy areas
