Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we politely request children are only invited to the reception if named. However, all children are more than welcome to attend our ceremony!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please do not bring a plus one unless stated on your invitation. Thank you.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Due to the sacredness of the wedding ceremony, picture taking and videos will NOT be permitted during the processional or the ceremony by anyone other than our official wedding photographers. Please abide by this church policy. However, you may take as many photos as you would like during our cocktail hour and reception!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly request you RSVP by June 1. Please RSVP online using the RSVP tab on the website.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! The reception send-off will be at 10:30. We will then meet at Carolina Ale House in Waverly around 11pm. The reception shuttle will drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn and the restaurant is an easy 500 feet walk away! Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the reception venue?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn starting at 5pm and drop off at Providence Country Club. It will run continuously back and forth between the hotel and country club until 11pm. *Note: there will NOT be a shuttle to/from the ceremony at St. Gabriel. If you would like to drive to the reception and take the shuttle back, you can leave your car overnight in Providence's parking lot. However it MUST be picked up before 9:30am Sunday morning.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes. We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn - Waverly. You can find a link to the block rate on the travel page of the website. The hotel is pet friendly, for an additional fee. Please contact Kristina or Josh if there are no rooms available in the block so more can be added.

Will there be parking available at the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! Both St. Gabriel and Providence Country Club have a large parking lot with plenty of free parking.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. For men, this includes a suit or sports jacket, dress pants, and dress shoes. For ladies, this includes a cocktail, tea length, or long dress or dressy shirt and pants or jumpsuit. (We kindly request you do not wear jeans or wear white) *all events, except cocktail hour, will be held indoors

Is there a gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes. The ceremony will end around 3. Cocktail hour starts at Providence Country Club at 5:30. This leaves time to explore Charlotte, go back to the hotel to freshen up, or walk around the Waverly shopping center.

What kind of food and drink will be served?
Answer
We will be serving light hor d’oeurves during cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner with desert. There will be an open bar.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes! Join us Friday night for a welcome party at the Hilton Garden Inn - Waverly. We will meet in the lobby bar at 9 pm to catch up and socialize before the big day. We can’t wait to see you! *Drinks will be available to purchase at the bar.

Yes we will be live streaming the ceremony for anyone who cannot attend in person.
