How Do I Get to the Wedding?
Answer
UBER & LYFT are available in South Lake Tahoe. If you are driving yourself, there is complimentary valet parking at Edgewood. For all hotel guests there will be a $25 per night overnight parking fee.

Are Kids Welcome?
Answer
We ask all parents to please leave their children at home and enjoy the night with us! We have a list of babysitters we trust and recommend. Please reach out if you would like their contact info!

Should I Rent a Car?
Answer
If you're planning on exploring other sides of Lake Tahoe, we would recommend renting a car. If you just plan to stay in the South Lake area during your visit, Uber/Lyfts are readily available as well as a South Lake shuttle (see the Travel page for more shuttle details)

Is there a Dress Code?
Answer
Semi-Formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass so thicker heels are recommended. Temperatures tend to drop significantly at night, so we suggest that you bring a jacket. Cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be indoors.

Do you have any tips on how to prepare for high altitude?
Answer
Lake Tahoe is at an altitude of about 6,200 feet which can definitely be a shock to your body! Here are a few helpful tips on how to prepare for higher elevation: • Drink lots of water! Staying hydrated is super critical at high altitudes. • Go easy on your alcohol intake. Many people feel the effects much faster at higher elevations so ease into it! • Wear plenty of sunscreen! The sun is more intense at this altitude and makes it much easier to burn. • Bring layers. The weather can change quickly so it’s a good idea to bring some warmer layers for when the sun goes down because it’ll get chilly!
