There is no photography allowed in the clubhouses. For weddings and other special events, the event host will make the proper arrangements for photography in advance.

Public Pay Parking Lots in downtown Newport: 1. The Newport Visitor Gateway Center is the largest lot with surface and garage parking available. It is a convenience and inexpensive place to park the car while visiting Newport. Across America's Cup Avenue is the Visitor's Bureau, a facility staffed full-time to help answer questions and provide assistance in getting around Newport. The RIPTA Trolley leaves from this location and is a great way to avoid car traffic in downtown Newport. Paid parking is from May 1 - October 31, and is $2 for the first hour, $1.50 for each additional hour. Max per day is $24.50. 2. Mary Street Lot is located just off Thames Street. This large surface lot provides residents with 3 hours free parking (with resident sticker), has public restrooms and is located downtown 1 block from the waterfront. Paid parking is from May 1 - October 31, and is $3 per hour, or $20 per day until 9:00AM the following morning. 3. Touro Street / Clarke Street lot is nestled between the Jane Pickens and Opera House Theaters off Washington Square. It is located directly behind the Brick Alley Pub. This pay and display lot also has spaces marked in yellow for free resident sticker use. Paid parking is from May 1 - October 31, and is $1.25 per hour with a 3-hour limit. Pay by Plate Parking: Self-service pay kioks can be found throughout downtown Newport and by Easton's Beach. Rates are $2.00 an hour at the beach and $1.25 downtown, using either debit/credit cards or change. There is a 3-hour limit on parking on on-street metered spaces downtown. The park and display stations are operational from May 1 through October 31st, from 9am and 9pm in most areas. Pay and Display parking is available at Touro Lot and at Washington Square. These units take credit cards, and require that a receipt be visible inside the windshield.
A Pay-by-Plate multi-space parking meter is located Narragansett Ave near the Forty Steps Restroom. Choose the number of hours you wish to park (up to 4 hours), enter your license plate number and deposit your payment (credit card, coins or dollars, $1.25 per hour). There is no need to return to your vehicle to put a receipt on the dashboard.
