To celebrate such an exciting event as this, we ask that our guests please dress formally. This means suits with jackets for the men and formal dresses (short or long) for the women. We know that July can get pretty toasty, but please make sure that you are church appropriate! We will be inside for both the ceremony and the reception!
The ceremony will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church in College Station. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. A typical Catholic wedding mass should last about an hour and fifteen minutes.
The reception will be held at the Brownstone Reserve, about 20 minutes from the church!
After the mass has ended, the bridal party and family will take pictures for about an hour. Guests can head to the reception venue for cocktail hour where there will be drinks and snacks available.
We will serve dinner along with many drinks and snacks throughout the night!
We are so glad that our wedding brought you to the best town in Texas! We would recommend taking a walk around campus or visiting the Memorial Student Center, playing a round of golf at the university golf course, stopping by the George Bush Library, or grabbing lunch at the Dixie Chicken on Northgate!
St. Mary's is in the midst of building a new church and while that is incredibly exciting, it makes parking a little different. The best place to park for the wedding will be the back gravel lot located at the corner of Nagle Street and Cross Street.
