Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Ceremony & Reception Location will take place in Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort, Batangas City.

Are room options available for guests at the beach venue?

Answer

If you wish to stay at the resort on our wedding day, please let us know immediately so we can reserve a room on your behalf and give you their discounted rates.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. We encourage you to consider the travel time and traffic going to the venue.

How do I get to the venue?

You may use the Waze or Google Maps and links provided in our Wedding Website.

Will the reception start immediately after the ceremony?

Answer

To give us enough time to take some post-nup photos and get settled, there will be a cocktail hour before the reception. Please enjoy the food/drink carts, and photo/souvenir booths we have prepared for you.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

YES, venue offer ample parking without any charge.

What should I wear?

We would love to see you in a Semiformal Beach and or Chic Cocktail Attire.

Am I allowed to take photos and/or videos?

Answer

As we walk down the aisle, we’d love to see your face and joyful smiles. Help us enjoy the moment by refraining from using your devices until we tie our knot. Our vows may be unplugged but our reception is not.

Can I bring a date or someone else with me?

Answer

As much as we want to invite everyone, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests. We request that only those who are invited be present. Kindly check your invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you.

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

We love children, but we sadly cannot accommodate them at the venue due to necessity rather than choice. The only kids attending are those we requested. We appreciate your understanding.

When is the appropriate time to leave?

Answer

It took us more than a year to plan a wedding that everyone will hopefully enjoy. We will appreciate if you’ll grace us with your presence until the end of the program.

I said “NO” to the RSVP but my schedule suddenly frees up - I can attend now. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know immediately so we can confirm. Having said that, please understand that we may have already reallocated your seat.

I confirmed “YES” to the RSVP but I cannot attend anymore. What should I do?

Answer

It is sad that you can no longer be a part of our special day. We invited only those who are close to our hearts. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your seat to someone else.

Do I really need to RSVP?

YES. This is to ensure that you are included in the final guest list. Please provide us your complete name as this will be checked by our coordinators upon registration.
