Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, the hotel is providing ONE shuttle for all guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:30 pm and will be picking us up at the venue by 9:30 pm.

What if I miss the shuttle to the venue?

Answer

If you miss the shuttle, the venue is only about a 15 minute drive and has onsite parking. Uber is also a great option if you plan on drinking.

Check-in at the hotel is the same time as the ceremony, what do I do?

Answer

Please contact the hotel as they may be able to provide you an early check-in time. If not, you can always check in at the end of the evening upon return.

9:30 pm. is too early to stop celebrating, will there be an after party?

Answer

Of course! Everyone is more than welcome to return to our hotel for the after party.

Will there be children at the wedding?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that you please make childcare arrangements for children 13 years of age and younger. We are available to help with finding suitable arrangements if needed!

How is David’s handling COVID-19?

Answer

• Keeping tables at least six-feet apart. • Capping dining tables to eight individuals with the exception for immediate families. • All staff are temperature checked daily, and to wear masks at all times. • We provide employees extra breaktime for repeated handwashing throughout the event/workday. • We require all guests wear a mask whenever waiting for food, servers taking food orders, or anytime they're not seated eating or drinking. • Installed physical barrier partitions at bars and any cash registers. • All reusable linen, napkins, etc. laundered after each event. • All of our HVAC systems have been upgraded for the highest possible filtration and allow for the maximum amount of outdoor air to be introduced to the dining area. • AC/Heat running at least two hours prior to your event, windows and doors will remain open during the event for additional ventilation • Hand Sanitizer stations provided throughout • Ceremony chairs spaced apart at appropriate distance
