How far away is the hotel from the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites (where we have a room block), it is about a 5 minute drive to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking at the venue for the ceremony/reception if you would like to drive there directly

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the venue, and then from the venue back to the hotel in evening. Shuttles will be leaving the hotel around 4:20pm, and then will be returning at the end of the night (times will be announced at the end of the evening)

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

Normal check in at the hotel is 4pm, and shuttles will be leaving for the venue shortly after, so please keep that in mind when planning your day! Early check in may be available on request
