John and I met at JMU and were friends for a few years before dating! We spent lots of time together at tailgates, football games, and with other friends at JMU!

We kept going back to our happy place… JMU tailgates and football games!

We continued to explore Harrisonburg and support each other through new jobs and a masters degree!

In May 2022, we moved to Charleston, SC! This summer we enjoyed going to Riverdogs games and exploring our new city!

In July, we got a puppy named Charlie!

On August 5th, John (with the help from some sweet friends) set up the best proposal on Sullivan’s island!
