Get outside, kayak the bogs of the refuge, and see a bald eagle! John and Brynn have both biked all over this beautiful refuge - we highly recommend it.
John and Brynn have been known to make the 1.5-hour trip to Cambridge exclusively to go eat at Carmela's! It's the best Italian in town, hands down.
Come here, buy a pie, bring it back to your room, and thank us later.
Maryland's eastern shore has a rich history and is the birthplace of national hero, Harriet Tubman. This historical park includes a museum and several interactive exhibits.
Old Salty's has the most beautiful view in all the Eastern Shore - and their seafood is delicious! It's a bit of a drive to get there, but worth it.
We don't drink, but you can! This is the best bar in Cambridge. Fun fact: Brynn almost passed out in front of this bar at mile 9.1 of her Ironman marathon in 2017. The bar was not instrumental in helping her at all, but her friends and family were posted up here, and seeing them made all the difference. :)
