Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

See above

Question

What Shoes Do I Wear?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on grass, and the cocktail hour and reception will be on stone patio. The grounds at The Estate are vast, and we encourage exploring and plenty of dancing! While we want you to look your best festive garden formal, please consider the venue, and ladies may want to consider bringing a change of shoes for dancing!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Question

Traveling to the Estate at Moraine Farm (our wedding venue)

Answer

The Shuttle: Shuttle service to The Estate at Moraine Farm will depart the Hampton Inn Salem Boston promptly at 4:30pm. From there it will pick up guests at the Hawthorne Hotel and depart promptly at 4:45pm. Return shuttle service will be available at 10:00pm and 11:00pm stopping at both hotels mentioned. Driving: Please take the main entrance to Moraine Farm at 719 Cabot Street (you will see signs/flags for Cape Ann Waldorf School and Project Adventure Conference Center). PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE FARM ROAD (735 CABOT STREET) AS THAT IS A RESTRICTED DRIVE FOR FARM VEHICLES AND PRIVATE RESIDENTS. The Estate at Moraine Farm is 1⁄2 mile straight down the driveway (which has three sets of speed bumps, so please drive slowly). Parking is directly past the lawn and house to the right. Follow signs for the Moraine Farm/CONFERENCE CENTER to stay on the main drive and please do not go to the red farmhouse visible from the road as it is a private residence.
