We met on September 12th, 2020 during the height of Covid. We took a risk to meet in-person and boy, was it worth it. The rest is history!

After dating for a couple of months, Chad invited me to join him on a trip to DC. When we returned home from our first of many trips together, I thought it was time to make it official. We became boyfriends on December 12th - 3 months from the day we met.

After a few years of dating, countless trips, getting a dog, and buying a home, Chad popped the question while we were in Barcelona. Our friends and family kept asking "When are y'all getting married??" and much to my surprise, Chad pulled the whole thing off without ever raising my suspicion. We got engaged on December 1, 2023 - roughly 3 years after making it official.
