Come join the celebration!

5 Years ago Joel and Cassandra had their first date at Purple Wine Bar in Bellevue. They quickly discovered how much they had in common and connected over their shared values and interests of spending quality time with family, friends, traveling, building their careers, and enjoying it all with a sense of humor. That first summer together, Joel and Cassandra proved to be a great match.

In March of 2019, Cassandra moved in with Joel. By August 2020, they purchased their first home together in Burien. On Christmas morning 2020 after all the presents were opened, Joel let Cassandra know he had one more gift for her. But that particular gift wasn't about Christmas. It was about their future together. With that, Joel got down on one knee and asked Cassandra to marry him. Cassandra while still adorned in her Christmas pajamas and elf hat - said YES!

The wedding ceremony will be held in the early afternoon on the beach of Totten Shores followed by a lunch reception on the the upper lawn. Afterwards, the celebration will continue with a relaxing day at the beach. We are planning for a hot day and would love to have some time to play and celebrate on the beach while enjoying each other's company! Joel and Cassandra will kick off their honeymoon by boarding a seaplane to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island.
