Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see all of our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. (No Jeans or khaki shorts) Please avoid the colors traditionally reserved for the bride- white, creams, and ivories. Dark Green/Pine is reserved for bridal party. **Important Note** the ceremony and cocktail will be in the grass so ladies wear shoes you’ll be able to walk in!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation addresses you "and Guest", you are welcome to bring a date otherwise we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. HOWEVER, please feel free to use this evening as a "date night" if you wish.

Will there be Transportation/ Hotels?

Answer

Please plan to arrange your own transportation to and from Juniper Springs Wedding Barn. There is parking available at the venue. Be aware that there are not ubers or lyfts available from our venue and have a designated driver. We decided to not do a Hotel Block so everyone is able to find an accommodation in their budget. You can find just a few hotel options (as there are many) on our Travel and Accommodations page of our website.

What time will the Ceremony Start?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4:15pm SHARP! Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior to start to ensure our timeline for the night remains on Schedule! If you arrive late you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over to join us.

What Happens if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in the time frame they have given to us. We cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU DO NOT RSVP!

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the Ceremony & Reception will at Juniper Springs Wedding Barn! We will have access to the property until 10 pm!

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

If you wish to give us a gift, ordering from our registry page will ship directly to us! We will have a card box and small table at the venue for gifts.

Is there an After Party?

Answer

There will be no formal After Party but we will be going to Rivers Casino in Schenectady afterwards to drink and play. You are welcome to join us!

Can I take photos/Videos?

Answer

We would love to have as many photos and videos captured of our wedding of our wedding day as possible, especially from our family & friends point of views! During our ceremony, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking photo except for the designated time (which will be announced by our officiant). Please avoid blocking our Photographer and Videographer's expert views that we have hired to capture the day professionally. If you take pictures we ask that you 1. Text them to us so we have some photos to look at right away and if you share on social media use our Hashtag #OneMoreRodriguez2023.

Will There be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes! Come ready to eat, drink and party! There will be an open bar for our cocktail hour and reception.
