This will be the main hotel where we have blocked off rooms for our wedding day (Saturday, 5/11/24) and the day before (Friday, 5/10/24). Busses/shuttles will take you from here to the reception venue and back, afterwards. The after party will take place at the pub inside this hotel. These rooms will be held for our group to book through April 11, 2024. At the top, you will see the Reservations section to click. Enter dates of stay, number of guests and rooms needed. Then click on Add Special Rate Codes and enter GKW in the Group Code box. Click the Check Rooms and Rates button. The group rate room options should appear to select for booking. If you book by phone or email, please mention the Gardner Keefer Wedding and group code GKW. Check in time: 3PM Early check ins will be accommodated as rooms become available. Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Great Valley/Malvern
This is the second (backup) hotel option, where we have blocked off rooms for our wedding day (Saturday, 5/11/24) and the day before (Friday, 5/10/24). If the Desmond has availability, we recommend booking there, unless you prefer this hotel. The busses/shuttles will also pick up guests at this hotel to bring to the reception and drop off after. This hotel is very close to the main hotel, The Desmond (right across Rt 29 / Morehall Rd). The "View" link, below, will take you directly to book our blocked off rooms at our group rate. If you book by phone or email, please mention the Gardner Keefer Wedding. These rooms will be held for our group to book through April 10, 2024. Check in time: 3PM For early check in requests, please call the hotel and mention the Gardner Keefer wedding. The hotel cannot guarantee an early check in.
Shuttle
Buses (shuttles) from hotels to reception & back

Krapf buses will be providing transportation from both hotels to the reception and back. The buses will depart the Marriott Hotel @ 4PM and head to the Desmond Hotel. The buses will depart the Desmond Hotel @ 4:20PM to head to the Reception @ Springton Manor Farm. The buses will transport guests back to both hotels, at the end of the reception (10PM).
