We don't want the very windy Mount Rose Highway full of hair pin turns to spoil anyone's fun!! Please let us provide a safe ride so you can have great time and not worry about a thing! Leaving the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe at 3:45 to Venue Dropped back off at Hyatt after the reception

Dress to impress!
Outdoor ceremony followed by cocktails on the deck and lawn* Dinner will be outside, followed by boogeying down. Bring your A-game moves. *Quick note for our guests with little ones: The event space is on an open mountainside with a cliff on one side and a highway on the other, no fences. We love all of your kiddos to the moon but it is not the most kid-friendly environment if we're completely honest. We can help you find babysitters for the evening if you are interested! Please just let us know!

beach games, snacks, and beverages.. think muffins & mimosas, donuts & deschutes... we recommend walking if able or carpooling as parking is somewhat limited! UPDATE! Please CALL Joe or Claire or Debbie (530-902-1953) when you are almost to the beach. You have to use one of our access cards to get into our excluuuusive private beach! Someone will meet you at the gate with a card. It's $12 per person but our access cards are loaded with funds!
