Several major airlines including American and Southwest have flights to Maui's Kahului airport (airport code: OGG). If you prefer direct flights, there are a few options. Frequent connections include LA or Honolulu with a short flight to Maui.
For accommodations, consider Kihei where there are many condos, hotels, and accommodations near the wedding and reception venue. Wailea is also popular and a 20-25 minute drive from the Kihei area.
